Early morning visit to this lounge before flying to Heathrow. Wasn’t busy due to early departure. Breakfast was ok, fairly decent choice available. Self service bar. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is a bit bare but food from lunch onwards isn't too bad.
Is this the best business class lounge in the UK? Possibly. It’s got everything you’d expect in a good lounge, but it’s the details that make it special. A freezer full of ice cream. A large jar of home made fudge. Some very tasty pies. And to top it all a whisky bar/snug with a first-rate selection of single malts. Worth upgrading to business just for this.
The first thing to say is that the staff are excellent. Polite and attentive. Food choices are maybe a little sparse but always good quality. Spotlessly clean and plenty of power points available. A relaxing little bar/snug are overlooking the airport. A small but quality selection of wines and spirits.
Perfectly fair airport lounge. Not amazing, but a nice place to relax if it's an option.
Absolutely love this place - the staff are fantastic and the place is never too busy unlike the Lounges at Heathrow. Great location and they still do boarding announcements. Toilets are downstairs but other toilets nearby for disabled users. Lots of sockets to charge devices and the wifi works well. Brewdog jet stream in cans are available as is Bacardi, Aviation Gin, Gordon’s, Smirnoff, Heineken, ciroc etc.
Really nice and quiet lounge. Good selection of refreshments but the lunchtime food was a bit restricted. Loved the Glenlivet Snug though!!
Staff excellent. All smiling, and running around keeping the place nice despite a cancelled flight and being busier than usual.
As one of BAs relatively new lounges, it still has lot of its shiny new feel, and comes complete with a fab Glenlivet bar and snug. However if you’re looking for more than a snack and you’re a vegan, BA takes the same approach they do from economy to first, and simply ignores the existence of anyone looking for an animal free meal alternative.
Good British airways lounge. Has a wide variety of food and drink choices. Comfortable chairs to lounge and wait.
