CheersnnI recently purchased a car from Bristol Street Motors in Bromley, expecting a seamless experience with a reputable dealer. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Within just three months of purchasing the vehicle, I have had to return it for repairs five times. This alone would be cause for concern, but the manner in which I have been treated throughout this ordeal is what truly necessitates this review.nnFrom the onset of these issues, it felt as though I was being tossed around like coins. Each time I brought the car in for repairs, the staff at Bristol Street Motors displayed a lack of professionalism and care. The recurring pattern was one of indifference and poor customer service. I was often given vague assurances that the problem would be addressed promptly, only to find myself having to chase them up repeatedly. Promises of call-backs were rarely honored without persistent follow-ups from my end. It almost felt like I had to resort to praying just to get a return call, which is an unacceptable level of service from a company of this supposed standing.nnTo add insult to injury, the overall customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. At times, I felt as though I was being treated as a nuisance rather than a valued customer.nnReflecting on this experience, I am left with a bitter taste. It is disheartening to realize that I had a far smoother and more pleasant experience dealing with a private seller on Facebook Marketplace than with a well-known dealership like Bristol Street Motors. The stark contrast in service quality is astonishing. One would expect that purchasing from a dealer would come with certain assurances of quality and service, yet my experience has proven otherwise.nnIt hurts to keep paying for a car you don’t use, and when in use you don’t feel safe driving because the same issues keeps coming up. I had a family retreat this last weekend, had to take the whole family on bus. One would ask, having family car should serve this purposes without stress.
Ilektra and the team were amazingly helpful. From the personalised video viewing of the car to the test drive, my tailored package and the support I received throughout and even after I picked up the keys. I landed my dream car at a very affordable price. Thanks again Ilektra!

Excellent service. Bought my car in 2013 covered with a warranty service plan. Had every service and MOT carried out at Bristol Street. Always found them very friendly, especially Tia Morris who is very friendly and thorough with her job. I would recommend everyone to use Bristol Street Motors
