honestly don't know how this company is still going, been trying to contact them for over a week now. Waste of time.
Had a nightmare from start to yet finishnWhere do I start overall experience terriblen3rd July placed an order 1 week went by was told the product not in but due in August so decided to get a full refundnI actually ordered with a different company on the internet and was delivered within 24hrsnSo now the refundnwas told it had to be processed ok no problem how long 3-4 days to show back on the card used ok no probsnNo refund so went in the branch o it’s being dealt with it’s now gone upstairs and it’s on its way phew thank godnWoke up to part refund not full rang again was told o don’t know why that wasnFumming with this company is an understatementnto this day I have not still had the rest of the refund but once again I rang to be told it’s on its way well let’s see hopefully it isnThe service overall wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole
Is there any need for your vans to drive so aggressively? The one driving around Taunton at 7.30am this morning really needs to remember that when you drive a branded van, you represent a company. Let’s hope your business is better than your drivers!

Brilliant service and very helpful staff. Was let down by Newport Ford but luckily tried parts plus who were well worth the extra journey. Will only be using parts plus from now on.
