I'm not very experienced in receiving massage treatments so I was actually quite nervous when I arrived for my appointment. Amy immediately put me at ease. She was very friendly and professional. She began with a thorough review of my medical state and history and in the space of an hour was able to target my problem areas and provide a great deal of relief. Her knowledge was exceptional and as well as being a comfortable and enjoyable session and I left with an understanding of my body that I had not had on arrival. I will definitely be returning and I thoroughly recommend.

I found Amy to be kind, thoughtful and skilled. She gave me a super relaxing hot stone massage. I'd happily recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a massage.

Amy was very thorough in firstly assessing my back problems, and then in providing an excellent deep tissue massage. Just a one hour session has helped me enormously, and I now feel much better. I would thoroughly recommend Amy to anyone needing massage treatments.

After my first session with Amy I booked a block of 6 with her as I was so impressed with her practice  - and which makes the cost really reasonable. I have tried quite a few different bodyworkers in Brighton, but Amy is my favourite. She is extremely knowledgeable, and also extremely sensitive--able to really tune in to the exact spots that need work. I really like how she incorporates a range of different approaches, using Muscle Energy Techniques alongside soft tissue work to try and get at the cause of the problem (misalignments) rather than just the symptom (the pain in the muscles). I have various issues with my shoulder and low back, as well as going through some very busy and stressful times. I always leave feeling great, physically and mentally. The clinic in her home is a nice calm and comfortable space, and Amy is a wonderful person to work with. Highly recommended.

Amy is a fantastic masseuse; knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced. As a massage therapist myself, I needed someone to help me with my aches and pains - I had been having trouble with my right arm for months and so signed up for a block of 6 treatments immediately after our first session. Amy doesn't promise miracle cures and she doesn't over hype. She is supportive, has a wide expertise, uses an array of different styles and techniques and her work space is delightful. I needed an emergency session in between our fortnightly appointments and she was able to see me swiftly. We mainly did remedial work to hep my shoulder, although she was happy to use more a more holistic approach in some treatments - especially when I was feeling stressed and run down. Would recommend highly; whether you need to finally sort out that niggling pain or whether you just want relaxing treats.
