Not a store I would shop at. Stock is nothing out of the ordinary, small in range a.nd clearly based around the essentials needed or wanted to start furnishing your home. A small range of electrical goods and gadgets to choose from as well. Albeit, I understand the idea of the store is to make products available and affordable to those on a low income by way of paying for stock on a weekly basis - the interest rate and overall sum to be paid back is extraordinary and not something I would recommend to anyone I know.
meant to deliver sofas to a friends house on Monday they rang up promised Tuesday it is now Wednesday nothing ! absolute disgraceful they have been without sofas in the front room as they have got rid of there old one due to the fact the new one was meant to be delivered. don't bother with them
Extremely poor customer service at Bright House in Bolton on Newport Street I had a Hoover 10 kg All-In-One Washing Machine - Black from them and it started playing up almost as soon as we had it delivered and I got an electric shock off it. I rang the store to organise an engineer to come out and look at it he tried telling me I hadn't had a shock off it but agreed there was a fault. He then said that he would come back with a part he needed when it arrived. Over a week later after being left with no Washer and still paying for it the engineer comes out again and fits a new circuit board and it still didn't work so yet again he left and said it would have to be collected and we'd receive a replacement which never happened all whilst still paying for it so after numerous attempts to get a replacement and get the broken one collected I refused to pay for the Washing Machine which then resulted in them giving me late charges and countless abuse off Howard who worked there at the time and carl so I ended up contacting head management and putting in a complaint and changing stores and getting money deducted off my account due to the incompetence of the staff at this store and since changing to bury have had not a single issue
Had loads of trouble with bright house, ordered something from them then the next day decided I didn't want it phoned them and canceled the order but they still tried to send us the things on three occasions poor poor poor !!!!!!!
Good place to get products if you can't afford to buy out right
Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery management running transport who has never worked on road
Good for if u need things fast
