If there was a minus then I would give it -5 Customer services and the way they just want to you to buy is totally beyond me, spent over  £2000 with these and got nothing to show for it ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don't use Bright house, they hound and harass people for being 1 day late paying, they send people knocking you door 2 days later. They sit outside you house and follow if you leave it, bullies, stalkers and generally scum, stay away

Having dealt with many stores during my time, ive as yet not found one that can compete with this one for customer service.
Staff are friendly and go out of their way to get the best service they can for you.
If contacting the shop i suggest you ask for Toni, she is the  assistant manager and cant do enough for you.
