I bought items today on fast track and went to collect them .didnt think to take my purse ass id already payed i asked nicely if there was anyway i could have a bag for free to carry my goods home and was refused .. i had to go find another shop with nice staff to give me a bag so i could carry home my goods .. a whoke 5p ..shame on you porttalbot store staff ☹

Asked to view the available selection of an item, they brought one item... asked to see others and staff refused and demanded we specify which item we wanted. We didn't know, as my youngest was to choose the one he wanted, no sale. Everything was too much trouble, awful rude attitude!
