I had the pleasure of dealing with Laura and Tony. I received great service and went the extra mile in delivering my oven that day. We have a holiday let so needed it urgently and they were super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Because of this first class service, going forward Howden's will definitely be my first port of call Thank you
Great place bought a kitchen thanks Howdens
We were met by James who was a very good help. He was informative and helpful without being 'pushy' and very patient while waiting for us to decide what it was we wanted, showing us colours, handles, styles etc.Thankyou James.
Very helpful when ordered new ceramic tap replacement. However, replacement spindles have different splines, therefore tap caps would not fit. New caps now been on order 12 days and counting, rather than the couple of days promised. Of course, covid is to blame!!!!! Latest:- Big delay trying to get new caps, so asked if they could order the original ceramic taps. I even went on line and found the part number for them. However, to cut a long story short, I ordered them myself, delivered within 2 days. Howdens refunded my money.
They knew emidiately what we required; other establishments had no such item as we wanted. Helpful and polite staff too. WELL DONE. Thank you.
Although this shop does not cater for the general public, you have to be either a trades person or use a tradesperon, the layout and showroom was excellent. When we went down to finalize our kitchen plan we was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, we was shown everything how our kitchen would look in a 3D view. All our questions and queries were answered very pleased with everything
Poor service. Completely disinterested and required multiple reminders to contact me back. Went elsewhere in the end.
