I asked the manager if she could clean my suit within 24hrs short notice I dropped my suit off at 12pm on Wednesday was done by 11am next day they also phoned me to say it was done great service all RoundPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, ValueServicesService not listed
Absolutely awful would not recommend this company to anyone put two suit jackets in for cleaning and after they supposedly cleaned them twice after I wasn't happy first time they still hadn't been done body odour was still there didn't look like they been cleaned at all manager refused to refund me and was very abusive if I could remove the one star I would never will I be going there again I've warned friends and family of this cowboy company
Wot a waste of money,,over £50 to get 2 jackets cleaned that looks like they have not been touched,,well peeed off and feel like I've been ripped of basically I have been,,wud never use again
