My cat has been pulling his fur out when he grooms and is bald in places. He got a really good check over, meds and a plan going forward. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.
Been using Bridge vets for many years for my pets. However, the prices are increasing at an alarming rate and today was charged £72 for my cats annual vaccination and health check. That’s up 12 from the previous year. I’ve heard a lot about customers going elsewhere due to the rising costs and I may consider changing vets for next time round.
Terrible experience with emergency vet who not only caused more distress for both me and my pet but upon complaining was met with contempt and invalidation all the way through and I was essentially called a liar by the manager. Beyond unprofessional and would never recommend this vet to anyone with a small animal. The manager was not in the room therefore cannot tell me she has “no doubts” about the way the vet handled my pet among other deeply concerning practices. Relieved to have found a new vet who understands the basics of rabbit care.
I had a brilliant experience with my snake, and was very impressed with Scott, Kyle and the receptionist team. Unfortunately I came to bridge vets due to my exotic vet leaving my last vets, which I was unaware of until I needed them.nAfter going around nearly every vet in Aberdeen, Bridge vets accommodated me and managed to fit me in on quite short notice to get an appointment and x-ray arranged.nnEveryone I dealt with was extremely understanding and a pleasure to work with, especially as I was panicking quite a bit at the time of appointment. Everyone truly seemed to care for the animals, making sure I knew a referal could be done if an operation was needed and asking me to let them know how my snake got on even if one wasn't needed.nnI will certainly be coming back as needed with my other exotics
Bridge Vets are amazing. The team are super helpful and friendly. We had a young cat put down and they didn't rush us to pay, they sent condolence cards and a wee packet of forget me not seeds to plant in the garden. We were recently in to get our youngest kitten neutered too and had a great experience from pre-op to post-op appointments and even a phone call to check how he was getting on. 5/5 couldn't recommend more
