Had to make the very difficult decision to help our beloved boy cross the rainbow bridge this week and the lovely staff cared for us and our boy with the upmost dignity and compassion. Pippa was especially kind, patient and caring with us, at this really stressful and difficult time. We received a lovely card in the post today from the staff which was a really nice and thoughtful gesture. Thank you all for making this process that bit easier.
I would definitely recommend this vet practice. I recently went with a very reactive dog which can be extremely stressful. Vet & nurse put me and my dog totally at ease. When I made my appointment I told the receptionist that my dog was very reactive & there wasn't another dog booked in at the same time, which really helped.
Having moved from a practice I wasn't happy with I can say with ease I made the right choice in going to Ardene House Bridge of Don. All the staff are attentive, friendly, professional & most importantly caring.
Very friendly and helpful staff. As a new customer i found the place very clean and organised. The vet was very helpful and knowledgeable. Glad i chose this vets. Good parking and handy location too.
The Ardene House Vet team in BOD have been looking after my dogs for years and have always been amazing :
Always get first class attention from brilliant staff who are so caring and very professional. Been using them since 1988 and the level and quality of service and attention is second to none. Very, very happy that they are there for all their patients in very trying times when the pets are ill or injured. Nothing but true respect for them all.
This was my first experience of this vet practice and I was extremely happy with the service.
Efficient. Effective. Friendly. Understanding. Caring. Also stock Proplan dog food.

Unfortunately a tough decision to make was to put our cat to sleep. This was treated as a business transaction with no humility what so ever. After it was done the vet remained in the room and stood over us as we grieved. Felt like we were being pushed out. I get that they had no attachment to this animal but we did. A little empathy and privacy would have gone a long way. Playing afterwards was also horrible. Sending a bill out to us would have been a better gesture.
