Bridge Rd Chemist has to be the best in Sefton... even tho I've moved to Crosby I still go to this Chemist, the staff are so friendly and helpful and work very hard to give great customer care... my weekly prescription is always ready when I go to collect , I would highly recommend this Chemist...Thanks to all the staff who work there x

'What do you want?' shouted the staff member from the doorway to the back, in the far corner of the shop.  Perhaps I'd offended them by waiting quietly by the till, or perhaps the very strong smell, as if someone had defacated somewhere in the shop, was causing the distaste.  Distinctly mixed experience.

I have received really bad and poor service from this chemist! 
I put a prescription in on 3 weeks ago and they ordered it wrong and I am still chasing this up! The attitude from the staff is appalling and so disrespectful to customers! 

Twice I have been laughed at down the phone by Kate when I informed her I am not happy with the service! 

Thy constantly get your prescriptions wrong and never take the blame and blame the customers. I am not the only one they have done this too 

Please avoid and use another local chemist who you will receive better treatment for, I would avoid this one as all the staff are unhelpful and clueless

Put my prescription in last night so they could order it in overnight before my flight today. Turns out, they hadn't ordered over half of my medication. I'm now out £278! Absolutely furious, as this is causing me to miss University interviews abroad.   Completely unacceptable.

I find it funny that other reviews are slating a business for being closed when it clearly states it's opening times 😂😂🙄🙈. Can't fault this place, been a godsend seeing as everything likes to happen to me and my family at all hours, typical. Staff are always chatty and friendly too 👌
