Wonderful stay at the Bridge Inn. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I had bed and breakfast and the chef cooked it wonderfully each morning, with a great selection on the menu. The rooms had all needed amenities and were cleaned to perfection each day. There is a bar and restaurant so this place has everything you need. The village itself is so beautiful, yet has a train station so you can easily reach the cities of Liverpool or Manchester. Thank you to Nicky, Sean, Shanny and everyone else on the team for a fantastic stay.
Came here for food at tea time. Food was fine for what you pay for it. £60 for two adults, one child and one toddler, mains and dessert and soft drinks, so can't really complain at that. The desserts were very good however the wait for both food and dessert was far too long. Place is dated and tired looking but that's made up by friendly staff. Ive marked the place down because of the wait and tired decor but i would visit again if in the area.
What a lovely little pub! Had our dinner here yesterday, both on the steak, and it was beautiful! And we were well looked after by our servers, David and a lady with dark hair! Would definitely come just for the nice atmosphere! 5 stars!!!
The food was fantastic. Well worth the money.nnStopped there room was average, hope you don't need a quick shower.nFood was great but last meal was rubbing, I only ate it because I waited over an hour.nnI will not be eating there again, which is a shame
The Bridge Inn is a lovely hotel set in a listed building in the village of Port Sunlight. The food in the restaurant as well as in the breakfast room is top-notch and the service provided by the staff is excellent. Sean and Amy in particular were amazing and made my stay very comfortable. Port Sunlight is also only a few stops on the train away from Liverpool and is a beautiful as well as convenient location.
