Purchased a car here recently from auction marked as “runs and drives”. You always have to be careful buying from auction yards but there are some with honest descriptions and dishonest ones. Unfortunately this is one of the dishonest ones. I know for a fact they sprayed starter fluid into the car as it wasn’t getting fuel so there was no way to start it let alone drive it for any sort of distance though it was described as runs and drives. Clearly something doggy going on in the car auction side of things doesn’t help that they also sell car parts wouldn’t be surprised if they had a broken starter and replaced it with a working one from a car in auction and then just sell it individually. This is the kinda place which will sell you the wheels of the car it came with. Though I did have a positive experience with their parts department on a separate occasion their auction side is deffo very sketchy.

Auction fees on an £1100 van were £280 plus £42 admin fee. I'd find this acceptable if the service to match was there. As a regular auction customer this was my worst experience with an auction so far, I will definitely not be using them again. You can only view vehicles on a Saturday. You need to book collections after purchasing, which is fair enough. However, if your driver lets you down and you don't let them know before 3pm, it goes back to a separate depot and in my case not able to collect for another 4 days. I struggle to understand why they wouldn't send an email or make an attempt at contact before sending the vehicle back and forth.  I'm sure they are well covered with small print but doesn't seem like they are interested in working relationships or customer service I'm sure they are very busy but shorly a phone call is easier than the transfer of a vehicle , no doubt there will be some fees for this also.

Picked up a replacement window for a Kia Picanto. Reserved over the phone by the receptionist lady and collect within a hour. Very straight forward and good service. Will use again in the future.

We buy a car in 2021 ref 59/M0659, when we receive it, catalysts were freshly cut. Also we paid for extra for parking of 3 days, because the transfer exceeded a certain hour. Meanwhile, they take away the precious metals

Stated Starts and drives but cut out 10meters outside there yard and maybe forgot to mention the fact that it had a massive hole in the footwell through the chassis  if you can't inspect the car before hand I would stay well clear. Lesson learnt !!!

Don’t buy any cars from this auction site they steal all the fuel out the cars and blame it on Health and safety. Also there staff steal stuff out the cars and probably sell the items on eBay for some extra cash.

Ordered plastic composite slam panel that was not very well wrapped and arrived broken, contacted immediately yet took 48hrs to respond, numerous texts backwards and forwards from Charlie, who for some reason couldn’t understand my situation, wasted my time and money. After all that offered them the chance to make a goodwill gesture of a part refund of which he refused…..will never use again nor recommend to anyone

Very easy to work with and knew their stuff. Will define using them again.

cheater and liar the car was supposed to run. 2 cars bought twice wrong description. 2 times the car went to scrap. stay far away.
