Called in on the off chance of a puncture repair in a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. No messing … No trying to tell me I need a new tyre ! Just straightforward no nonsense good honest people who went out of their way to help me despite being busy. Can’t thank the guys enough. The ATS website and telephone call centre are worse than appalling. When you actually get to this centre, the team here is top notch!! brilliant service. Recommended.
Booked tyres via Black Circles using a mobile service ATS Euromaster over a week ago. BC confirmed tyres would be fitted next day. Waited in, no phone call, no tyres, no car. This happened 2 more times. I've been without a car for over a week now. I've spent hours on the phone between BC and ATS who just blame each other with no resolution. I'm supposed to be taking the family on holiday tomorrow, this now has to be cancelled as I don't have a car. This has wasted even more money and upset my family in the same process Big thank you to Black Circles and ATS Euromaster.
Visited for an air con regas purchased through Groupon. Excellent deal, Staff were pleasant and professional. Job completed promptly and within time quoted . Air con now blowing ice cold.
Website states open until 5pm on a Saturday but my daughter and baby arrived at 4.30 on Sat 20th Aug 2022 to find it closed. Had to call a mobile tyre fixer for a puncture. Should have up to date times on Website.
DO NOT GET GROUPON AIR CON REGAS DONE HERE! Booked in to get regas done with the Groupon offer, they completed the regas, it was cold when I drove off, literally as soon as I got home the aircon went warm again, had a major aircon leak The machine they use would of told them about this leak prior to regas, but they regassed it anyway as they know they will still get Groupon money and they just palm you off to Groupon to get the refund. AVOID not trustworthy at all.
Got new tyres fitted. Quick service, nice people and decent prices will defo use again
This place is a joke!! My car needed an MOT, I've never used ATS Euromaster before, but as they are a big company I thought I'd be OK. I telephoned the Brentwood branch to make my appointment, the phone rang and rang and eventually someone picked up. However it turned out to be the head office call centre where the phone got directed to. The chap was apologetic and friendly enough and said that he can book me in over the phone. Details passed. All booked in for 8.30am. Sigh of relief. The day of the MOT appointment came and I drove my car there. Alarm bells started to ring when 3 other motorists were there, the reception was locked and in darkness. There was also a tyre delivery mam who was waiting patiently to deliver the tyres ATS Euromaster had ordered. No sign of life. At all. 8.30 turned into 8.45. 9am came and went and I'd had enough after waiting 45 minutes and.left at 9.15 with no staff in sight. Like me, you are probably thinking that this must have been a one off. Something must have happened out of the blue for them not to open on a Wednesday morning. According to the tyre delivery man who deliverers there most days it happens all the time. He packed up his tyres at 9am and left as he had been waiting even longer than me and ATS Euromaster were delivery number 5 of 29 for him that day. Why on earth would you book people in for MOT appointments at 8.30 when you open when you feel like it? People have taken time off work to use your joke of a service. If they are anything like me, they will have the Good sense not to use ATS Euromaster for anything ever again. Just before I stop my rant, the tyre delivery driver regaled another story to me about them. He went there to delivery tyres at 8.20am one morning surprisingly they were in. He asked the reception worker to sign for the tyres and was told "No" as he didn't start work until 8.30am and refused to sign for the tyres. He made the delivery guy wait 10 minutes until 8.30 when all he had to do was sign his sheet. What an awful attitude. Visit at your peril, or at least in the afternoon when they can be bothered to open.
MOT booked on-line midday yesterday for 1.30 today. No nonsense efficient service while I waited. OK so the coffee machine isn't working and the only mags to read are about tyres....but the seats are comfortable....and the guys are friendly. What's not to like?
