Wow, Wow, Wow!. This bread is gorgeous!, so tasty makes my mouth water. Big hit with the kids even my little picky eater Beth Ann!, She recommends this to anyone she quotes “Wow mammy! This bread is so tasty and yummy”. She is such a smart girl! One day she will bring in the Money! Got to go now hubby wants some love .
Great experience for me - I emailed Brennans about getting Catering Pans in Bray, Co. Wicklow and their lovely Bread Man Darren text me to say he would be in the town delivering to all the shops and I could pick them up from him. Wow I was delighted that my email was acted upon. The bread was amazing and the sandwiches that i made were still fresh 2 days later. Thanks to everyone in Brennans for the attention to this request.
Brennans bread has go downhill in last few year. What are they putting into it?? Their batch loaf though dated 4 days ahead is not fir for purpose next day dried up and tastless. Same with their sliced pans. I'm changing brands. Got a jm batch and stays fresh for days.
I love Mr. Brennan. He is a good man. He makes fine Bloomer bread. The finest of bloomers. He is a true Irish hero and belongs beside the greats such as Pat Kenny, Joe Duffy, and Baldy.

Terrible experience with Brennans. My wife was feeding small bits of a bagel to my 1 year old son while eating some herself. She "luckily" found a stone in the bagel just before she gave it to my son. She phoned Brennans to tell them and they sent somebody straight away who took the stone and said he'd be in touch. My wife naively let him take the stone as she thought it was the right thing to do in case anybody else would be effected. A week later she received a letter stating that indeed the item was a stone and they weren't sure where it came from. Included was a money order for €20. She didn't do it for money but that's how Brennans wanted to rectify it....a paltry token. When my wife contacted the FSAI they told her she should have kept the stone as Brennans would discard it so nothing else could be done. I think the whole incident was handled by Brennans solely with the view of doing the smallest amount possible to make it go away.
Sent an email yesterday, complaining about a driver that had blocked a roadway while delivering. He was parked 10ft out onto the road. I had to drive around him and nearly knocked a child off her bike. I sent photos and have the dashcam, which was attached in my email. They completely ignored me. Got out and asked driver to move as he was just chatting to a mate at the side of the road, I told him I nearly killed a child, I put in the email his aggressive response. Will upload the dashcam to youtube now, due to your neglect to not have the decency to respond.
Old Mr Brennan be turning in his grave...but your Batch loaf has gone down hill over the last two years its just not good enough anymore wake up there now or you will be losen punters shocking carry on
Would give it no stars if I could. Bought it yesterday , went for some for kids sandwiches today. Had to bin it. Not that keen on giving mouldy bread to them, or the birds. My parents said they have seen and told staff about full green loaves o shop shelves
