Visited Manchester store for the first time for a fitting. Had an amazing service. Holly was super friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed and was able to try on lots of styles and see how each fit. Came away very happy with my purchase. The two ladies on the counter were also very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning for some more gorgeous lingerie
Excellent service at Bravissimo Manchester today. Rihanna was superb at refitting me with a new size bra, and finding exactly what I wanted. Fantastic waiting area. Great layout and fast, efficient service. Will definitely go here again rather than buying online, really happy with my purchase.
Excellent customer service, all staff very friendly! Lovely lady called Laura had so much patience with me while I was trying on like 15 bras, she helped to find the right fit for me and made the whole experience amazing. I will be coming back for sure!
Can't fault the place. The staff are excellent and lovely. Jen helped me with my fitting I walked away with 3 bras and ordered another a few days later. Even the staff on the help line are lovely. It's like talking to a friend, not customer to salesperson . I'd like to drop a star because there isn't a shop in Sheffield, but I got a day out in Manchester, so what's to complain about . I give the place infinite stars . I've never had a bad experience and I've been to Leeds Manchester and Nottingham

Popped in for a quick fitting, everyone I encountered from the moment I stepped in the door was so lovely, warm and welcoming. Anastasia did my fitting and she was just fab! Super quick, yet informative, found my perfect styles. I don’t often leave reviews but I came out the store feeling so amazing that I had to!!

Amazing service aside from a staff member there, Monique who decided to take it upon herself to be rude to me. I went in to purchase a new bra and I flagged that the wire in one of my previous bras that I purchased had come out. Monique decided to say ‘next time come in and tell is’. I knew she was correct but she went on to tell me that I can easily get into store and that where I live isn’t far. I then told her I work out of town she said you can go to that store. Who does she think she is assuming my situation? Really rude and should not be working in customer service
