The ladies here are so helpful and friendly. They made suggestions to help me get exactly what I was looking for. They were professional but also had a nice chat and helped me get a new loyalty card when I couldn't find mine. Totally worth the price as trying it on actually made me smile since I've been wearing really uncomfortable bras since giving birth and this one they recommended just felt so supportive. I'm really happy with my purchase and experience in the store.

Went last weekend and the staff were brilliant and super helpful. In particular Lily and another lady didn’t catch her name helped with fitting and suggestions. They were so attentive even though it was quite busy in store. Left very happy and if I’m ever back up north will definitely br visiting again!
Me & my sister had a fitting with the a-mazing Nelly this weekend. Couldn't fault the experience in any way. Nelly went above and beyond for the both of us and her attentiveness to our needs was spectacular!
One of the staff needs to figure out whether she should actually work in customer service or not! Absolutely shocking how miserable and rude she was, when I was nothing but polite to her. Looking back, I should have walked out and refused to pay due to her attitude or returned for a refund!
I had a bra fitting done by Nelly and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very warm and attentive. She knew my style in just that one fitting. Highly recommend her and will go back to her again!
Went in to buy some gifts for Christmas and didn’t have a good experience. Shop was a mess, staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there and the customer service was poor, management seemed like they don’t care! Also have to mention their severely overpriced clothes - at least Primark is a short walk away!

I went to the Trafford store yesterday for an unplanned bra fitting. Lilly 343820 was an absolute credit to the company, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, which also suited all needs - eg t shirt bra and also a strapless bra which I’ve struggled to find the perfect one for years. I was in the fitting for over 40 minutes and Lilly gave 100% effort throughout the whole fitting, whilst being kind and honest about fits and what would suit me
