I dined here tonight for my 1 year anniversary with the Mrs. What can I say? Excellent experience all around. Lovely chilled live music. Food was amazing, including some new dishes that I had never tried before. Staff was very helpful. Big shout out to my boy Omar. I sincerely recommend he gets double his current salary and a knighthood. Absolutely phenomenal service - quick, helpful and comfortable. I’m thinking of inviting him to our second anniversary. Obviously on the pricier side of restaurants but highly recommended
This place is like something from the French resistance. Below ground, fantastic decor. Staff highly attentive but did seem to lose interest once you got past the first two courses. Food was excellent, plenty of choice and very well presented. Extensive wine list.
Great and very friendly service. The food was delicious, and despite the restaurant being at full capacity, we didn’t have to wait long for our meals. The salad was quite good. The portion size of my fish dish was a bit small, but the quality was excellent. The atmosphere of the location is amazing, though it can get quite loud due to the acoustics.
Such an unexpected place! I've been coming here for a couple of years now and it always impresses me to go in the basement and find such an 'open' area which seems to be at ground level with big windows ! Food is really good: the choucroute is a delicacy with really big portion. Staff really nice and helpful. Live music with famous old French songs really nice
This place is amazing for all French cuisine lovers. The food is great and very tasty. I enjoyed the soup the most. The fresh bread and butter was amazing. The staffs were polite and friendly. Everyone that interacted with us was super nice. The live jazz was great. It gave the restaurant a classic vibe. We were not seating too close to the live jazz so the sound didn’t bother us. But it could be load if you seat close to them. Overall, it was a great restaurant.
