Went to Bradleys yesterday afternoon Sunday. I asked the young assistant behind the counter for something that would help sinus headache and inflammation. I said Maybe sinutab or something similar as I've taken these before for this issue. She turned around and grabbed the first item she saw on the display behind her and threw it on the counter. I picked it up and saw it was a spray. She turned around again and grabbed a packet of tablets and again threw them on the counter. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills or lack thereof. Definitely won't be back.

Always messing up prescriptions then trying to blame doctors.I was waiting over a week at one time. It happens a lot and no one seems to care.Staff aren't very helpful either. My advice l if you need your meds go somewhere else.

I like the lay out is this little store and it sells some nice things. But there is a serious issue with the service at the pharmacy and customer service in general. It feels like the staff don't care about customers and no one is keeping an eye on the staff!

Worst chemist ever always messing up my perception and leaving me with out ,they even had the check to not order my inhelar saying they didn't think I need it ,me with COPD ,there never a month goes by were they mess up ,and then they blame my Doctor's  joke
