Brendon and the team deserve a raise after this evening. Food was served impeccably and was lovley. Brendon is an absoulte credit to the sizzling pub chain. Give the lads a raise that worked on 31/03/2023 including Darrell, Josh, Brendon, Chris. Big shout to Shaggy, Shereen and Kris food and service was fantastic all night.
Just been for a lunch at the pub to experience sub zero temperatures. Staff in the kitchen looked perished and were wearing hats, scarfs and jumpers/ sweatshirts. Other staff on bar were trying so hard to be upbeat about how cold it is and one lady was wearing her jacket. I'm just worried for people who have paid for there Christmas dinner to be sat there in freezing conditions will not be happy after paying for what should be a lovely experience. Many elderly visit the pub and these temperatures are not acceptable for anyone let alone the elderly . We left before finishing our drinks because it was so uncomfortable to be sat in the cold. This seems to happen every year yet nothing gets done.
Absolutely love this pub… tried the new menu other day and it was absolutely gorgeous… looking forward to trying more things… staff are so friendly and helpful tooFood: 5/5
This was one of my favourite eateries in the area until today, theyve changed the menu, the staff member who served us was rude and blunt, this place used to have a lovely vibe and food - I won't be coming back, the food was awful and customer service non-existent.
Excellent, tasty breakfast. The evening meal I had was also enjoyable. The one pictured is £6.89. It makes a change to go into a pub that's part of a chain and have staff with personalities who speak to you properly, rather than the usual over-familiar robots who demand to know what kind of day you're having and sound like they've been programmed by marketing whizz-kids, who are fresh back from their course in America. The only negatives are if you're there alone, the two-seater table is in the middle of bigger tables sit elsewhere if it's quiet. One evening I went there and was told I'd have to wait 1h for a table, but the next evening I was straight in. If you search for menus and opening times on a smartphone, it directs you to a sister pub in Birmingham, which differs slightly, e.g. it opens at 9am. This Grimsby one opens at 10am, which was fine by me, as I was in a hotel up the road.
Staff was great and it was nice and quiet as I wanted it at the time. Food was nice and fresh but I would of liked a bit of salad on the side of my burger and chipsFood: 5/5
First time visiting here on Monday, staff were great, lovely and talkative, ordered drinks and food and everything was cooked to perfection within 20 mins, cannot fault them at all. We look forward to visiting again! Parking: Plenty of spaces available at time of visit 5pm Monday.
A fair meal, but sad we couldn't let our grandson eat his own food whilst we ate Bradley food.Sometimes, little ones are on a specific diet. However, staff were fine and we ate and left!! Kid-friendliness: More needs to be done to understand individual child needs.
Great food and excellent prices - lovely burger and a drink for £7!!! Staff friendly, place needs a refurb and would be perfect.
Great food good value nice atmosphereFood: 5/5
