Wow, our new tartan carpet looks fantastic. I have been delighted with the service provided by Bradford’s. They kept me informed all the way, even pre warning me that the snowy weather that was forecast in two days time might delay delivery. It was delayed because of the snow, but only by one day, we’ll done guys for getting through to my village. ...and thank you so much for a skilled, efficient and professional delivery and laying of the carpet. Gary’s knowledge of carpet laying is excellent. It’s nice to be able to speak to someone who knows what they’re talking about. I’m thrilled to bits and would definitely recommend Bradford’s to anyone.

I was really impressed by the selection of carpets and advice given by the salesman in the carpet department. Having never brought a fitted carpet before I was a little overwhelmed by the choice but salesman listened to my needs and guided me in the right direction towards a couple of options that proved to be cost effective and easy to clean. The fitting service was amazing the two fitters who came moved my furniture, uplifted the old carpet, fitted the new carpet hoovered and put back my furniture really helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble! Totally pleasant shopping experience from start to finish! Well done Bradfords - I'll hopefully be back soon to buy a new bed!

Very friendly and professional service in the store from a caring family business. A good choice of beds and carpets in particular the very good quality Harrison beds which we have purchased and replaced for their comfort and quality over a number of years. There was a delivery problem from the manufacturer with the carpet and Gary Tyler the Director managed the problem in a very professional manner and his customer care in my view could not be improved upon. Fitting was as expected very good indeed. Overall a very hard working local family firm offering an excellent service.

A longstanding family firm which has High Street premises where I went, chose my flooring, placed, the order, received a prompt phone call to make the measurement appointment, then a quick further one for the fitting. The men were meticulous, worked cheerfully well together, and were a pleasure to have in my house. They did a superb job. Highly recommended.
