Clean n tidy station. Helpful staff, just near to shopping mall. We had journeys couple of times while stay there. Love this station, looks like a hill station.

Great staff and nice clean station while the new platform is being built.

Reasonably nice railway station, but nothing particularly special.nnRegular services, friendly staff, some seating in the ticket office but could do with some more.nnThe exits weren't signposted very well, so it was slightly confusing if you're not local and you don't know which exit you need.

Preferred over Bradford Interchange as its never too crowed, sometimes best to check ahead if trains are on schedule as delays and cancellations can happen. However nowhere near as bad as the amount delays that happen at interchange.

Excellent train staff very helpful platform staff.nTicket office staff are great very good at sorting train times and the best ticket to buy.nStaff easy to use and cleannHas lift to Street level for people who need this servicenA good friendly and helpful Station
