The shop was able to get my car in the same day I called, had it towed to them, and they had my car back up and running in just an hour. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The prices are great and they do fast and efficient work.
Their work has been excellent. Very friendly and considerate. As a single older woman I appreciate how he doesn't treat me like I don't have any idea of what's going on. I have recommended Bradford Auto to many of my friends and will continue to patronize them myself.
Can’t say enough about how great this little shop is. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The new owner Bob is a great person and gives every job 110%. I’ve been bringing my cars here for 10 years and will continue to do so.
They were definitely on-time with time-frame scheduled. Got the job done, topped off all fluids, and was priced well. Only setback was one missing lug bolt but was replaced immediately when I contacted them about it. The employee at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable, and polite.
We are from out of town and had our emergency brake freeze up at 4pm on a Friday. We drove to their shop with two back tires barely rotating and they got us in and fixed the emergency brake within 10 minutes, saving our trip and back tires. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated their willingness to help us immediately.
Yesterday I got a flat tire randomly as I was driving through Bradford. I pulled into the library parking lot across the street and called my husband. He was too far out of town to help and a tow truck was 2 hours out. I had my two kids in the car and saw Bradford Auto across the street. I walked over and asked if there was any way they could put my spare on for me. Brian didn't hesitate to help. He drove my car over and they put my spare on for no charge! I was so thankful for their help and kindness. Every technician in that shop was so nice. If you ever need any service for your vehicles, give them a shot! I know we will be back whenever we need maintenance done on our cars. Thank you again to Brian and he wonderful techs.
As a young woman, I've never been treated so fairly and honestly than at Bradford Auto. Their integrity is truly unmatched. No runaround or BS!! I've trusted them with both my vehicles one of which I lived in! for a variety of repairs/maintenance and will continue to do so indefinitely! 10/10 absolutely recommend these wonderful, personable folks.
Very nice, reliable people, got my car done over Easter weekend for when I needed it most and they’re very flexible with timing and working with us students from the local college. Pricing is average and very fair so I would highly recommend this repair garage. Thank you!
