I go visit Ben on a regular basis, he always knows what part of my body is tense and releases it effectively. He also varies the massage week by week so we get different body parts over the course of the month. Highly recommend.

Ben is a fabulous massage therapist.  I came away from my last session feeling incredibly relaxed - more like meditation than massage therapy but, with the added benefit of more shoulder mobility than I’ve experienced for a long time.
