Was verbally abused by a member of staff here (Mohammed) on 2nd December in front of other customers. All because the pump wasn't back on properly. Shouting at me across the shop as I walked out telling me I need to learn how to use the petrol pump was both uncalled for and hugely humiliating.

Nothing good to say re this establishment at the moment. We went to this garage for newspapers everyday but sadly whoever is now running it has no idea of how to execute a smooth takeover. I went to Sainsburys at weekend for my petrol and newspapers. Get your act together please.

I was strolling across the promenade when I desperately thought "bloody hell, I fancy a bag of the best of Blighty Walkers Crisps!" So as you do I walked through the electronic doors and was met there by a giant fellow named Zak. He was bloody helpful.! He pointed me towards the crisps and even recommended me a flavor! That man made my day. And I will forever venture forth to that British Petroleum garage for my packet of Walkers every Saturday. Well done BP you've done it again!
