Rubbish. Locked up my deliveroo order and guy on the phone was rude and dismissive. Made no effort to rectify what was clearly their error. Never shop here if you can avoid it!
Closed 5/10 minutes before 10pm closing time. Cashier useless at window and other staff insisted they didnt keep the M&S food items I wanted, even though I bought same the previous evening. As I was leaving the security guy found my items. Lots of staff present but the security guy the only useful and helpful staff there. Very unimpressed!
Don't use this car wash or vacuum, it's a waste of money and staff are completely unhelpful.
After a bad experience with Shell on Hastings Road, it was extremely refreshing to have a wonderful effort of customer service here. The cashier acknowledged my presence, interacted with me at every stage and even said have a nice day! Prompted if I had their loyalty card.nnI do now ; thank you to the lady who processed my transaction in a professional manner.
Wentin this morning it was empty due to lack off petrol.nStanded and waited 15 minutes to be served.nThe just looked at me no reply took my order no reply .nAnother gentleman came and asked what I was having andgave me wrong coffee.nPlace is going down hill .nOnly a few good employees.
