One guy in particular who works there is very rude. Always speaking on his phone or doing something else. You ask him to use the pay point and he always says it's not working. The cynic in me thinks he just can't be bothered, as it seems to work when anyone else is there.

Very convenient and haven't had to wait long to access pumps. However, staff can be a little more energetic. Also the shop is not M&S.
