Whats the point of having a food counter to be served at if you don’t use it . I only came in to grab something to eat, don’t think I should have to que with people who are buying petrol. I have very little rest time as it is without wasting it waiting a different place to be served. It’s a stupid system and it really needs changing.

Terrible service. Staff were rude. We waited for 10mins to be served at the Wild Bean Cafe counter to be told that we had to queue in the main queue. I mentioned politely that they could put a sign up to explain that (there was a queue there when we arrived) and she said, it was obvious we had to queue because no staff were serving there. Ridiculous. We left without buying anything out of principle - M&S this place is tarnishing your good name!
