As another reviewer said; they close early. I only come here for the M&S - and they aren’t open until 11pm, quite often they’ll shut up shop at 10.45 or earlier and only take payments through the hole in the wall for fuel.nnThis is not acceptable. Customers are allowed through the door into a shop until closing time 23:00 in this case and only then is the door closed. One of them had an excuse that ‘so and so is off work tonight so we had to close early due to less staff’ - and my response was simply ‘I don’t think M&S as a brand would appreciate you doing that.nnWhat a luxury - closing a shop cos it’s a harder graft as you’ve got one guy not in. Absolute cheek. Dont think these guys could fight on the frontline if war breaks out, do you?nnOh wait / another reason for the 1 star review is more recently, their card payment system was down for literally more than 24h - I went there 3 times, one in the am, again in the pm and then the following day - and they could take cash.nnTotally unacceptable for BP in 2025.
Worst toilet condition was not able to use it. When informed staff on tills about toilet. They have not even acknowledge. Not friendly staff who served me on tills. Overall worst experience.
Doesn't stay open till 11 like the website says, multiple times been there 10:45 and they are shut no lights or anything. Right stitch up!
It’s an absolute disgrace the prices this fuel station charges when compared to those others in the local areanThey’ve been ripping off the local community for more years than I can recall and should be avoided
The staff in this BP are amazing the lady that served me was absolutely awesome. Their was a slight issue with my loyalty card but the lady made sure I got my sausage roll and cigarette papers thank you sweet heart you made my day
