I have used this garage for over 12 years for food and petrol and can with complete honesty say that the staff on site in the shop on 27th Feb at 2pm are a disgrace.nRude to customers , completely unattentive and borderline stackable.nI shall never use your station again after what I saw and heard.nThe waster of a young man should be ashamed of himself talking to people like that.nI shall be contacting MAndS directly as that sort of manner to customers is unacceptable
Received a fine through for £75 for unpaid bill of £14… I only stopped there to use the loo only!nn*** BP negligently mis-handled CCTV, checked the wrong date, and then claimed staff had “witnessed” fuel theft that never happened. Because of their mistake, my personal details and images were taken and sent to a debt collector for a debt that didn’t exist. Only after I challenged it did BP admit fault, apologise and wipe the charge. Even worse, they carelessly disclosed another customer’s name and receipt to me, and shared my own personal data with third parties with no lawful basis. They’re now refusing to confirm deletion of my data or provide a complaints process. This shows a worrying lack of care, accuracy and respect for data protection law. All of this while I was having my fist child. Very poor, unlawful and negligent handling — proceed with caution.**
I had a very bad experience today afternoon,I asked the man to help me with the tire pressure outside, it was written on his face that he was not happy about it.nI paid the fee twice, I couldn't do it, I asked if he would do it for me but he said he couldn't, the night before a long trip it didn't go so well, I came home and will try somewhere else where they help.
bad management the shop is badly managed keeps closing the shop not enough staff bad management it could be 03.00 in the morning not a sole insight and they wont even grab u a pint of milk at night pay i wouldnt mind but i go in there 4or 5 times a day its not although they dont know me and they know where i work
I needed some help and Zein was friendly and kind enough to help me with my tyre pressure. Some good advice and tips too. Thank you very much for your time.
