Not a bank I'll be coming back to. Had long wait whilst staff let service personnel in, chatting to customers whilst bagging pennies etc. Now here the rub,  asked a passing manager if they could open another till and was patronised and belittled for asking.

Very helpful staff polite all the time and nothing is too much for them

At previous matters, poor customer service, going in today later on so I'll see if my review changes
