Never bought fuel here. Collect+ drop off I've used a few times now. Very convenient and helpful staff on the tills!
Very rude member of staff at about 2pm today. Went to buy my daughter a slush drink at £3.50 filled it up took to the till asked for a straw. Women said she couldn’t find them. Told her I’d leave the drink then as she wouldn’t be able to drink it properly to be toldnI couldn’t leave it. I’m sorry but no way am I paying for something that I can’t drink properly she then went in the back and I over heard her telling the person in the back I was being extremely rude. You wouldn’t serve a hot meal with out cutlery!!! Very rude lady left my things and spent my money else where need to teach your staff costumer service skills.
Completely agree with the previous comment from 6 months ago about their Collect+ service. I made the journey into town especially and they told me they can't take any more parcels due to 'health and safety'. It's very frustrating and probably unnecessary.
What is the point in being a Collect+ store when you never have any room for parcels?n4 times I have tried to take in 2 parcels this past week, every time it's 'can you come back tomorrow, there's no room'nToday it was 'can't you drive to a different one!' =nI wouldn't mind but they are only 30x30x30cm!
We visited this BP on our way back home from Hornsea garden centre as it was on that day the cheapest unleaded petrol we'd seen, ie it was 8 pence a litre cheaper than anywhere else!
