Got billed twice for petrol. They said the payment hadn’t gone through, that the till had crashed so made me pay again on my card. After checking banking app they had taken two payments and won’t refund until I go back in a few days. Beware if they ask you to pay again after putting your pin in or paying contactless and they ask for the payment again!
Used there car wash and first two attempts paying with card was declined then used it twice which went through. Then when I got home and checked banking app I have been charged for 4 car washes instead of just the two. Ive tried ringing the garage several times to which there is no point as nobody answers.
Tired to be ripped off st this petrol station. The “hot car wash” uses cold water- when I complained the man behind the counter asked-“how do you know it is cold?” Next was the vacuum cleaners. They were fine some months ago. However now they do not clean the carpet, leaving the smallest of stones and dirt in the car. Upon complaint I was told, also on video, that all vacuums are now like that. The manager had gone home at 4pm and was unavailable. The offered no refund at all.
Worst costumer service. Extremely rude. Refusing do his job. Shouting to my back " hey stop" because asked him to do his job. When i come back, he left to back of the store. Asked that rude old man to call him and tell me what he wanted, so he didn't come back. And not able to match cup a lid to same size. Horrible racists. Many of my friends telling me same about this place. Shame shame shame. Owner need to something about them.
I used to go here all the time, now I just use Greggs. The petrol prices are ridiculous, the shop prices are ridiculous and the staff always try to overcharge my wife. The final straw is that the air is now £1. Not so long ago it was 20p, then it was raised to 50p and I've just been in today and it's £1. I didn't pay it, this place is just run by thieves
Customers here are horrible we went through the newly installed Karcher CWB 3 Klean star IQ and the code was invalid so we had to go into the kiosk and get another ticket which was a big problem and cause a lot of trouble the car wash didn’t dry the vehicle that well and didn’t do a good high-pressure and I’ve been through the same system at another location in Liverpool which did a better job. The jet washes they seem dirty and the jet wash brush and jet seemed dirty to and was in a dirty box full of tissues and used plastic bags and one of the jet wash bays out of service and the staff here do not have good customer service. I do not recommend this site as there is another BP local that’s a lot better
Shocking customer service. Collect plus says 24hrs, they have a local rule it seems that you can't get a parcel after 9pm, fine but when its 8:58 and the guy behind the counter tries to tell you its 9:15, refuses to look at your phone or the clock on the wall and repeatedly tells you to come back tomorrow not exactly the best customer service. Comeplete and utter joke. BP fuel is cheaper by the M58 as well, food in the place is expensive. Do yourself a favour and don't bother. High prices and terrible customer services.
Petrol station staff are pig ignorant. No manners at all, Never a please, thank you or a smile to be heard. They can't even be bothered putting their phones down or looking at you when serving you, and just continue to speak foreign on their mobiles. I avoid this place at every possibility.
If i could give zero i would. Since Asda bought this they have hiked the prices by nearly £2 on some items at their "new" garage that only ever used to cost £1 - £1.20. For instance a SMALL bag of crisps don't matter which one either will set you back £1. A small chocolate bar will cost you upwards of £1.50 never used to cost more than 80p The "grab bags" that ALL local shops sell for £1 will now cost you £1.70 Milk is F-in extortion as well as the sugar and what you would pay in Asda for some of these items are almost DOUBLED Not being racist and you can have a go all you bloody want but since it was bought by 2 Muslim blokes who run Euro Garage it's turned into a bloody rip off corner shop! It's now cheaper to buy your sugar from bargain booze than any of Asda's stores aswell as many other items that Asda have price hiked in an effort to make a few extra quid. Expensive generally... Also Tried once to use the hoover, i swear i breath heavier. Absolutely useless waste of time & money Also a waste of time complaining. It onlygot 2 stars because the Greggs is good.. otherwise it's a zero from me.
