Toilet is out of order forever Or cashier is lying about it.
So I work near by on nights when I have my brake I pop in sometime to get a drink or snack most of the time when the guy with dreds is on he's never at the window it's a joke I saw one car pull and then leave because he was not at the window
Followed someone not wearing face covering, staff stated they have been told to ignore this even though it’s against the law, not comfortable with using again. I am sure with cctv the people responsible could be reported to police.
Popped in to this garage this morning to get fuel on my way into work as I’ve done numerous times before…..said morning as I went in to pay as was greeted with the words ‘Tesco not good enough for you?’ Apparently Tesco fuel station was closed as I asked what the comment was supposed to mean. Not really the type of greeting a customer should get. Needless to say, I won’t be aiming to use this BP again.
Staff very rude. Sign said back in 10mins, after 15mins wait said another 20mins with bad attitude. I'm local and it wasn't first time. Management should look into it.
You need to update your times over the lockdown period. Says open 24 hours when you are not. Wasted petrol to drive to petrol station to find it closed
Staff at evening are rude towards you and have no people skill and think its ok to joke about a person who has disability...never going there again.
