I went today to get fuel, water for screen wash. No water in machine for screen wash. I realised about half an hour after I left that I had left my purse by the air machine. My partner rang to ask if my purse had been handed in and a woman spoke to him and said no and seemed very disinterested. He asked if she could look so she said she did and there was no purse there. I drove back straight away from Chester to find my purse still on top of the tyre machine. In all that time it could have been stolen because the woman in the shop couldn't be bothered to walk a couple of meters to look. OK it was my mistake but it would have been nice to help a customer out with something so important. Won't he coming here again as customer service is appalling. I'm so disappointed
Nice clean shop, with v clean toilets, nSpacious parking.
