Basically called me a liar, for asking for my pound refund when the air pump didn’t work Made sure I paid for my fuel first £75 pounds , then went to the air pump with me I had to put an extra pound it to prove it wasn’t working before he would give a refund, he did have to tighten the valve on the compressor for it to work Error code E 1, then said see it’s working so 2 pounds down for 30 seconds of air. Not how you treat customers, will fuel up somewhere else
Don’t use this location for Collect Plus as they don’t do it properly and I suspect my package was stolen after delivery by RM.
Tried to give me 2 quid in 2ps for change when I asked if there's anything else the till was closed and nope was my answer. Always have issues with this place. Took me 2 weeks to be able to pick up a package because the people who work there couldn't understand me, or even read my name ‍ had my parcel worth 450 quid for 2 weeks and kept telling me it wasn't there... when I looked over the counter it was right there... almost as if they were going to take it for themselves.
don't bother using ebay's click & collect here. Never get the QR code to collect items as the lazy staff won't scan the items into system when they arrive so no QR codes. I've had to waste half my day, per item, contacting ebay customer support to get the codes for the last 7 out of 10 items I had sent there. If items not collected in 7 days they go back to the seller. not ideal. Won't be using again after I get my last 2 items.
We stopped in here for coffees as they have a Costa machine. The shop is well stocked and prices are on par with other BP establishments note: prices for fuel and food at Supermarkets will always be less than stand alone petrol stations.The server was very polite, prompt and well presented. Nice to see someone happy at their work, well done that server. She was working Sunday 1st May
I had my personally experience their staff is very friendly and good I was going numerous times at their place BP condorrat is best option in our area cumbernauld for buying things and subway staff also good subway items very delicious
Useless service. Be good if the staff there spoke English. I had two simple questions today, neither was understood so I went to jet in Kennoway.
Went past them today as Sainsburys is shut and they didn’t have their prices advertised I got parked only to realise they were charging £1.589 per litre. It’s disgusting that they have readied the price so much and it’s clear this is profiteering off the fact Sainsburys is shut and people in Leven don’t have much other choice now. I tell you one thing unless it’s an emergency I won’t ever go back.
£2.09 for a bottle of irn bru u can get for £1 or £1.25 at most at any other garage. Shocking prices, defo wont be back
If I could give no stars I would !!! 10.07.19 went to collect parcel around 6pm. Get told abruptly I need id i said "that's fine I will get it in 2 but can u scan barcode bcoz battery is at 2%" Him... " NO I NEED ID Me. OK I need u to scan before battery dies!!! Him. no Me ..ryt give me pen I need to ryt number down so I dropped pen in counter and went and got I'd but by this time battery had died.. walk back into shop HIMMMM...shouting y u throw pen down... U will RESPECT.. needless to say he got a mouth full! How dare he speak like I was nobody, Respect lol... to get respect u need to respect!! Bp ur staff member needs training on customer service.. as a regular customer and getting parcels from garage regularly... I won't be back.... oh I never did get my parcel!! Will also be contacting manager
