I wanted to thank you for the work you have done on my car, my wife’s my mother’s and my carer’s.
Sheila is always efficient and pleasant on booking the car in. 
The work carried out is always explained thoroughly and if there any problems they are sorted out quickly and in a timely manor.
Both my wife and myself have had brake light alarms but your mechanics have double checked the pads and both have plenty of wear left in them. I am sure if we have gone to a main dealer we would have had replacement brake pads fitted unnecessarily. 
Your loan car scheme works very well especially for my carer’s who are critical to the smooth and safe running of a quality  home care business.
I know that I, my family and my staff trust you and your staff to keeps us all on the road safely.

My vehicle was left in my father's care whilst I was on tour. When I came back I was surprised he didn't take it to Renault as it was brand new at the time and due for its service.
My father informed me they were an approved specialist, used genuine parts and it wouldn't invalidate the warranty.
Still sceptical I proceeded to examine the invoice for the works 'done' to the car.

The service book wasn't stamped because it wasn't present, despite being in the glove box.
0.5 litres of oil ... It doesn't say replaced or added so I'm not sure what that means.

So by this point I was confused enough to examine the car. In fairness it had been a month since the service was done.
The oil was black and hadn't been changed, the oil filter hadn't been changed either.
So in short I was robbed, Costing £135.

Recently they wanted over £500 from a friend to swap out a couple of bushings and a shock absorber, saying it would take over 3 hours to do.

Con, stay away.

We have had our Renault looked after by Boxer motors for the last couple of years and the service and advice we have received can't be faulted.  One of our few regrets about leaving Bucks to go and live by the sea, is that we can't take Boxer Motors with us!!  Thank you, you will be a hard to replace.

Boxer have serviced and MOT'd both of our cars for the last 12 years and have to say they are brilliant.
Every service is always cheaper than expected and I have to thank Peter for all of his help with our recent used BMW purchase. 
After buying the car we booked it in for a service with Boxer mentioning a fault with the car.  They checked the fault and suggested we contact the seller about it.  The car needed over £1,000 worth of work doing but thankfully Boxer didn't do the service first as it would have been pointless.  The car is now back, fully fixed and now fully serviced by Boxer.  Thank you for all of your help.
Extremely helpful and trustworthy - I wouldn't use anyone else.
