I have no hesitation in recommending Sally Bailey. My experience of her work has been very positive. 
Rational advice and very good communication. Calm, methodical and detailed. Sally was able to assess situation and determine key facts quickly.

Good service - I used Bower and Bailey to purchase a flat and found Louise very precise and thorough during the entire process.

Very disappointing. Contacted Louise to ask for a quote for conveyancing. Was asked to send some information by email and promised a quote the following day. No quote, no email. Phoned numerous times chasing, but calls were never returned. Eventually spoke with one of the solicitors (Louise) who promised to email a quote. Never received a quote. When returning with a clarification query about their services was told that as we’d gone somewhere else they couldn't possibly comment.

So very disappointing. Don’t go near them if you want a reliable service.
