Absolutely disgusted by the council lack of help with housing even if found us a temporary housing flat or house especially with kids 2&3 year old no consideration for little kids what so ever especially how effected they are mentally and physically just cause can't be bothered to house us so use the easy way out and say need search for private renting seems to be one rule for some and one rule for others especially housing ones that hasn't got kids or ones with older kids that should be low priority, single parent to two little ones should 100% be high priority also if someone from another county wanted help they get it handed straight on the place
This is gathering place of the most incompetent, useless and lazy people you can find. The council charges huge amount of council tax but do no work. Try to call - nobody's answering, try to fill out a form online they insist you to do - nobody will get back to you or action. We're paying this incompetent lot salaries for them to do f.all
Visited these offices today at 10am Receptionist was very rude to the person Infront of me in the queue who couldn't speak full English. Then came my turn while she was answering my questions she was slurping on her canned drink don't they get sufficient breaks. I found this very rude I then asked her to stamp my paper work as my proof of visit all I got in reply was a huff. I then thanked her as I was brought up with manners. A person working with the public should be more friendly and helpful. What is the world coming too.
It would appear council services has a short day.8/7/24.After waiting 45 min to get through environmental health and not succeeding. I hung up.redialled at 16.15 was told council offices closed.Am sure I read they close at 5pm. Poor services.
They extort the people of the town, waste money, don't help the people of the town. People ask for help from them, but you may as well be talking to a sheep. Things like council tax should not be mandatory if they have not done there job they should not be paid.
25/06/24. I believe BCP Council are CORRUPT and caused my brother Lee to commit progressive suicide on 11/6/24. NAMED AND SHAMED - THE WORST COUNCIL IN ENGLAND. Even their Legal Team are rude, cruel and heartless. I was the Founding Chairman of The Friends Of The Aviary Constitution, Lead Volunteer and Lead Fundraiser who agreed a goal to raise £200k to build a new Aviary during 2018. In my line of DUTY I carried out a full Health and Safety Risk Assesment of the Aviary. I exposed BCP Council had seriously breached Health and Safety Law which was putting the Volunteers, Birds and Visitors/Members of the Public lives at risk. I reported matters to the Health and Safety Executive which resulted in Micheal Rowland BPF sacking me on behalf of BCP Council alledging I had brought BVP Council into disrepute which is SLANDER, LIBEL and DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER against me . This broke my heart and compromised my mental health abd caused me and my wife to separate. Having served my past Queen and Country in the Royal Navy I am now taking Legal Action against BCP Council as they need to LEVEL UP and compensate me accordingly NO EXCUSE GUILTY.
Every council in the country are rubbish and bcp council are no different. Someone gave me money for having cancer and bcp decided half of should go on council tax.
Went to park in a car park in Westbourne, just to find out that the blue badge scheme has been made redundant, because disabled people are now forced to purchase a tax exempt vehicle permit from each area, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, not only are they making money from the blue badge scheme, but we're hit with a double whammy, as though being disabled isn't enough of a strain and stress on life already
Oh dear! Their departments we have used are badly run, overloaded with invalid cases , poor staff and even poorer management.... the council admits this verbally , but then sits back and nothing is done to ensure any improvements. And the complaint process is slow, and very one sided in their defense and favour!
NO ONE likes BCP council !!! They are literally an useless money grab, created to take over a lovely thriving area of the South UK and turn it into a mess. This is the unanimous opinion of all the original residents from before the "creation" of BCP council.
