We LOVE our local library !  Wouldn't know what to do without it.  Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable librarians, a lovely, welcoming feel to the library, children's activities available throughout the holidays and quite a few adult courses or events available at all times (although I've not tested those, but the availability and variety of different topics is great).  Incredible service & advice is given by the librarians: the lovely ladies always have an ear for you and are very interested and very well equipped to provide help finding whatever you're looking for - whether it's children's books, audio books, adult literature or you name it - they inspire with their passion !  There also is a wonderful personal feel to the Bourne End Library, the ladies always recognise me and our children and have always been wonderfully helpful and it can certainly be said that they go the proverbial extra mile every time.  Thank-you very much, please stay as you are, you are invaluable to the community.
