Very tidy and organised Library with a wide selection of books. Also has a study area, perfect for getting work done!

Half and half, really describes this library in the heart of Amersham.  Their book stock is good, they often have lots of brand-new paperbacks in.  Travel section is poor, should be a comprehensive A to Z of travel publications, sadly lacking.  

The staff are either very nice or not nice at all.  There are some really lovely ladies in there, who are polite, warm and courteous, and then the other lot who are just plain rude and sneering.  

However, I've witnessed staff members Linda and Birgitt as unfriendly, unhelpful and cold, bordering on rude.  

The library does not have a drop-box for you to return your books out of hours, which would be a bonus.  This library leaves a lot to be desired!
