Lovely store, friendly shop keeper, good selection of books at competitive prices. Well worth the stop - go in and browse and you'll come out with something for sure!
Smaller, but there's lots and lots of books for various themes and genres. Some of them are really old, too. There were so many nice books in the children section and the prices were great. It was lovely to chat with the owner a bit as well : Thank you!
Nice second-hand bookshop with some extremely well priced books, and most are fairly priced and in good condition. Well organised, and has a decent collection of books concerned with railways. Would visit again!
I had a fabulous visit at this shop today- the owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful helping me choose a book as a gift. Highly recommend visiting!
Friendly & helpful staff, & a wonderful selection of second-hand books, clearly arranged. Never fail to come away grasping a real gem!
I don’t know why I waited years to review Bouquiniste but it is my favourite bookshop on earth. That’s in large part thanks to Bill, who is the most cheerful man in Fife. If I could give it six stars I would.
Great little bookshop with antique postcards too. Lovely man who owns it, with great daughter who helps out, too. Bouquiniste books buys and sells old books, and accepts donations in that area. I especially love the old postcards, and purchased a couple of 1902 Constantinople ones unused, very special. Great place, definitely worth a visit!! Enjoy! Also, please leave a like on this review if you found it useful, as my brother and I are racing to the next level on Google maps, ; thanks!
Went in for a browse and to find something interesting. They don't have everything but they do have a lovely atmosphere and some books you wouldn't even know existed. I found something interesting. Worth a visit.
Always pop in here when visiting St Andrews. Usually find something to buy in this small previously loved bookshop Today my husband was delighted to find a leather bound Donaldsons Greek grammar book from 1864.
Excellent book shop. An extensive collection and very helpful and friendly service. I visit very often and usually emerge with something.
