Attentive staff, nice place for children, relaxed casual dining. Being half a pub means being able to enjoy a pint of ale with the food. Not the best Indian-style food I have eaten but it's fair fare.
Having moved from west london I've probably been spoilt. The food was ok but not special. Staff were friendly but deliveries drinks with no glasses. We had to ask twice to order and then twice for the bill so they are not paying attention! The owner/manager was apologetic. I won't go back.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Better than the old Bouchra. Well priced. What more do you want? Getting busier as people hear about it. Best of luck to the new management.
Absolutely rubbish. I ordered Chicken Tikka masala and it was as sweet as jam pudding. I complained and the answer I got was that that is how masala is made, he said ask any Indian......I am an Indian. The rest of the food I had ordered a lot as it was my birthday tasted the same. We all had a bad stomach that night. Please DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Great Indian restaurant, shared premises with a pub so you can have a proper ale with your meal. The food was delicious and the servers attentive although it wasn't busy.
Absolutely delightful food, and very possibly very slightly over attentive staff. A great meal and very good value. Look forward to returning.
Unfortunately this business has closed now. Excellent food. Excellent service. They also host poker nights on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Lovely staff, good food and you can have a real ale with your curry. What else could be better?
Tasty food, great value. Special £10 a head offer Wednesdays and Sundays. Quite decent for the price
Friendly staff and a decent curry. Also recommneded for the poker in the Crooked Billet same venue on Tuesday and Sunday.
