We went to the soft play bit.. brilliant for little ones... would also be suitable for children under 4 with special needs ie if they have a sight impairment there is a few toys to play with. Other part is for bit older.. however is suitable for younger children if supervised. Service is a bit poor on the catering side. It really needs heaters as it's cold .. we went 9 30 til 12.30 and it hadn't warmed up. Sinks in toilets really need hot water.

Just refurbished, added new climbing zone, nice place for families with young kids day time. Nice, polite and helpful staff.

Had a great time, super helpful and friendly guy on reception really made the experience for us all. Bowling was fun and the auto scoring system was great

Had a really great time. Staff just efficient and friendly.
