Nice little bowling alley. Went early in the day and had the lanes to ourselves. Rented shoes fit well, the lanes worked fine. Price was what we expected, drink was pretty expensive though. No more arcade machines, which is a shame. The bloke that served us was great, had a little laugh, despite having to deal with a contractor at the same time. Would definitely recommend. It's up one small flight of stairs, but the alley and lanes both gave wheelchair accessible entrances.

Wish I had read these reviews before booking! Took our young grandson so needed the ‘bumpers’ up. The lane we were allocated didn’t return the balls so was a real pain trying to find the light balls for him as others had the same problem. One bumper didn’t come up so went to ask for help “oh that one doesn’t work” We were then moved to another lane but someone else was also allocated it so we moved to yet another - balls didn’t return on that one either. We booked 3 games but were still on game 1 after an hour now with the pin guard stuck down. Decided to ask for a refund “our policy is not to give refunds sir” - to be fair I got a full refund having already had a complimentary drink for the hassle. A disappointing experience to say the least.

quite disappointing. booked early but when we got there 2/3rds of the lanes where broken so had to wait for a free lane. the lane wasn't brilliant quality with very obvious nobbles making the ball suddenly vere to one side.... didn't bother me as I'm 💩 but annoyed my partner. Was also very obvious while using the black slope thing with my 4 year old. Staff...1 was very friendly and helpful the other seemed distance and like we where an annoyance.... Shoes don't looklike they have been replaced since opening For £35 for 3 games i expected more from here.

Oh I don't like to leave a bad review but hell this place need some improvements. Don even know where to star : Bowling lanes in terrible condition, very often you have to shout out for a staff as it just broke down and then again and again lane just stops working. AND if you would think they would add up some extra time think again. cool right ? Ok heating/ cooling..this needs to be sorted as usual its even colder than outside... Sticky floor sticky tables.. You can play 8 ball 9 ball pool if you want... And then comes the price.. OVERPRICED as HELL... you can go to nierest city and play for a half of it and have a pint or two.. oh yeah drinks here is overpriced too. Not a surprise I would say as they literally have no competition in town to keep it in a good condition so they just don't care. Only good thing is the staff.. well but they change often so it says something too.. sad sad place, could be a brilliant but...

It's been 4 weeks since last here. Small improvements are evident. IT'S WARM for a start and the coffee was drinkable. All staff friendly and efficient
