Great service, very impressed with the portion sizes and food wasn't half bad either! Everything cooked fresh. Great value for the money. Recommended

The food is simple and well presented, this is a favorite for me and my biker friends. The only reason I'd rate this 3 star is because the staff always appear to be sad, fed up and/or miserable. Perhaps they need a break?

Delicious, fresh food. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff. Specials and a selection of yummy cakes. Gluten free bread available and chips are gluten free. Best chips we've had in ages! Dog friendly.

Beautiful BLT sandwich, a meal in itself. The cafe is not overly large inside so we sat outside in the sunshine. Very efficient and friendly service, an unusual but exciting menu for fish lovers . Highly recommended. Parking: Big car park about 100yds away, voluntary car parking payments.

Reasonably priced and friendly little cafe at Rye Harbour by the lifeguard centre. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Vegan options such as vegan cheesy chips; Avocado and beef tomatoes on sourdough bread with vegan butter; and a very generously portioned vegan sausage sandwich on really nice bread. We were too late to try the vegan brekkie but looked good and again, reasonably priced. Plant based milks available for tea/coffee at no extra cost.

Delicious home-made bakewell tart and coffee before walking along the coast. Will definitely return. Would like to try the very tempting breakfasts.Food: 5/5

If your in Rye Harbour,the Bosons Bite, a delight for a brilliant cooked breakfast ,also I would like to recommend is, the bacon roll but ask for extra rashes worth paying for at £6, coffee,s are a fresh taste! I'd like to hear your comments if you go.Food: 5/5

A good location, and totally dog friendly.! We only had drinks but the food looked good and portion sizes looked very generous!Food: 4/5

5th visit to Rye Harbour, happened to pop in for the first time, always managed to get the timing wrong and just closed etc... Luckily they could seat the 4 of us for breakfast, the staff and attention was welcoming and friendly... The Cafe is rustic, but, clean, plus the Covid regs were also adequately in place and observed... Must say, we all had the large breakfast Inc drink in preparation for our journey home, and, it was delicious! Well done!! No complaints from us all, even the dog benefitted from an uneaten sausage and bit of toast... I'd knocked up a few breakfasts over the past few days, they were half decent, this one at Bosun's Bite, different class, spot on, and food value too! Definitely be back for more if we're in the area. Yum yum!

Good hearty food and very generous portions, which are reasonably priced. Always a warm welcome. Excellent stopping off point after walking the Rye Harbour nature reserve.
