I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but want to warn others. I was completely misinformed by Peter about the cost to service my furnace. I was told ‘how transparent they are’ and that it would be 165/hr for diagnostic fee. They would waive the other fee as they came in Sunday to try to fix which I paid 200 bucks for and it didn’t work. I ended up with a bill for over 3000 dollars. The tech was here for exactly 2 hours. I paid 1000 dollar service fee. That’s insane and not what I was told in the phone. They also don’t provide an itemized bill and I was told the part was 3000, so I signed. The techs were great, both of them, but this service charge is highway robbery. I checked and the competitor would only charge 330 dollars for the exact same repair. Beware if this company!!! If you get a quote over the phone- get it in writing - don’t trust these guys. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in my life. As a side note, I was told on Sunday that if the part fails, it would be covered under warranty. It was NOT. Another 2k out of pocket.
