I used A I Jones Ltd for a Cataract post op assessment. The appointment ran on time and was very thorough and concise yet every question was answered very clearly and without rush. Everyone at the practice was very friendly. I will certainly use them for my routine eye test and, from what I heard and saw,  expect it to be equally as good.

Parita, Ashish and their lovely ladies are highly professional, welcoming and extremely helpful every time I visit the optician. They treat me like family and are thoughtful and considerate. I have been a patient of theirs for years and would not be driving all the way to Burnt Oak if I didn’t receive the level of care they give.  Highly recommend A I Jones for all your optical needs.

The optometrist at AI Jones was so nice and helpful, when I brought my sisters glasses in to be fixed. I did not really believe anything could be done as practically there was hardly any frame left. Within 20 minutes I had what looked like a new pair of glasses for my sister who was over the moon. Very good service.

Full eye examination & test. My optometrist was so professional & caring, she was thorough through out & explained everything & the processes & results to me in detail. She contacted the hospital while I was here, for a referral appointment with an eye clinic. AI Jones was a pleasure to deal with & I can't recommend them enough. Never under estimate small business's, they give you the personal touch large business cannot.

I always go here for my eye tests it's a very good place to get your eyes tested they are professional and do the job  excellent I've been going for years.the staff are lovely and I will never go else where.all I  all its a great place.i would give it 100 stars if I could.thats how good it is.

Highly recommend this optician . Mrs Shah in particular is thorough, patient and a highly impressive optometrist. Excellent service in selecting glasses too and a huge variety of frames .

The owner was very rude. Was trying to trick me into buying the frame for my daughter's glasses when NHS gives it for free of cost.

I have been using them for over 10 years and can not recommend them highly enough. Every member of staff are excellent and they go the extra mile. I had a sudden worrying eye condition about 18 months ago and they arranged me to see a specialist in a couple of days. If you value quality and professional service then don't hesitate. I visited A I Jones, Burnt Oak opticians very recently.  Social distancing practice was excellent and quality of care and service from everyone was faultless from start to finish.  I tried on very many pairs of glasses before making my final decision with the expert opinion of 2 staff members. I was referred to this optician a year ago from my very busy local optician, the experience was very different. I was welcomed, enjoyed the calm and tranquility of my treatment,the efficiency, the caring that I received.I returned again a year later, to find absolutely nothing had changed.
