Thanks so much to Chris for bringing us home from Edinburgh Hogmanay at 1am on NYE.  Comfortable car and friendly conversation when I’m sure he would have preferred to have been tucked up in bed.

I had a brilliant experience today using Border Can Co after a bus left early leaving me waiting in Kelso. The taxi arrived 10 minutes after I called lucky gap in between bookings, great chat and and absolutely faultless service. Would use again when in the area.

We hired Chris and Border Cab Co. to pick us up on Lindisfarne, the Holy Island.  He arrived on time driving an immaculate van and helped us store our luggage on board.  From there he took us to Bamburgh Castle, waited while we toured the place, then drove us to Berwick where we had lunch and explored the town.  As a native of the area, Chris was well informed about the places we were seeing and happy to share his knowledge.  Finally, he dropped us off at our hotel in Edinburgh.  We couldn't have been happier with the service he provided.

I would give 0 stars if a could. I booked a taxi 3 days ago for this morning a Sunday morning. They did not show up and did not answer their phones! Five Star Taxi Gala saved the day and the holiday!

Phoned for a taxi to take an elderly relative home, was told it would be 20minutes, more than 12 hours later and still no taxi, awful service, only a shame we can't leave a no star rating

Please don't stop the music
